As a Wallabies First member, you will also have exclusive access to a variety of unique benefits and offers tailored to the Wallabies First membership program. These benefits and offers may not be available initially, but will become available from time to time. You will be notified when this happens. You will be able to redeem certain benefits on the 'My Passes' page.

Offers may encompass both complimentary and paid opportunities, all accessible through your designated offers page. Once you have accepted an offer, just pay with your preferred payment method if necessary, and in no time at all they’ll appear on your ‘My Passes’ page.

Please note that the availability of specific offers may vary depending on the type of Wallabies First membership you own.

Membership Passes are able to be gifted on the 'My Passes' page. To send a membership as a gift, you will be required to create and share a gift link with your intended recipient. In order to accept the gift, the recipient will need to open the gift link and sign in or register for the Wallabies First Membership Program. Once accepted, you and the recipient will receive an email notification confirming that the gift has been received. This straightforward procedure ensures a smooth gifting experience.

If you have shared a gift link but the recipient has not yet accepted the gift then you are able to cancel a gift by clicking 'Cancel Gift' on your 'My Passes' page. A member should cancel a gift if they need to access any of the benefits associated with the Pass that is being gifted.

Other Passes may be able to be gifted too. In the case that they are, the same gifting process described above will apply.

Please note that Passes may only be gifted once. Members are unable to gift a Lions Edition membership to an individual residing in the UK or EEA.

Many Wallabies First membership benefits will be redeemable online, but in order to access the in-person experiences offered as part of the Wallabies First membership, members will need to show their associated Wallabies First Apple or Google Wallet Pass. Depending on the specific benefit, members may be asked to display either their designated Wallabies First Account Wallet Pass, or a distinct Wallabies First Experience Wallet Pass. Wallet Pass downloads are currently available on mobile devices with an Apple or Google Wallet. You will be able to download your Wallabies First Account Wallet Pass at the end of your purchase journey or in your 'Profile' page, accessible via the menu.
